Export compliance training SMEs brochureBeing active in a global market presents companies with opportunities but also risks. EU and national export control regulations require organizations to monitor, control, and report the transfer or export of goods, services, technology/software, data, know-how and products of international cooperation classified as “dual use” (any civilian products with potential military applications).
Understanding of deemed export situations and the risks involved is paramount. Items regulated by export control regimes require knowledge and preparedness for what is necessary to ensure compliance and prevent negative consequences.
The goal of this training is to help companies involved in international projects for which export compliance is applicable, recognize the risks related to the dissemination/use of data, R&D results and other products of international cooperation. Such items regulated by export control regimes require preparedness and understanding what is necessary to comply with the rules, in order to prevent infringements. EU calls for tailored guidance to address those distinct challenges (2021/821 Regulation) and to answer this need we offer trainings for SMEs.
The training will take place on Feb. 12 from 10:30h toll 16:30h (lunch included). Please follow this link to sign up
The training is free of charge.
